Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Hence, we offer the following return policies:
I.- Return procedure
All products purchased from Satellite Technology Solutions (STS) may be returned and reimbursed. Once, the client communicates to STS his/her intention to return the purchased products within a maximum period of 07 working days, starting from the delivery date. Along with the rest of the conditions established in this section are met.
STS will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
1.- The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must be kept in its original packaging and labeling.
2.- The shipment must be made using the same box in which it was received to protect the product. If the box to which it was delivered cannot be obtained, the Customer must return it in a protective box so that the product reaches STS's warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
3.-A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package. Along with the returned products and the reason for the return.
To facilitate the return process for Clients and to be able to correctly monitor it, STS establishes the only return procedure established by STS.
If the reason for the return is attributable to STS (the product is defective, it has arrived broken, it is not the one the Customer had ordered, etc.), the amount of the return will be reimbursed.
If there is another reason (the products were served correctly, but are not to the client's liking), the return costs would be borne by the Client.
To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:
1.- Inform within 7 calendar days of receipt that the product wants to be returned. The information can be mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
2.- STS will inform the client of the address to where the product must be sent.
3.- The client must send it through a courier company of their choice. The return must be paid by the client.
4.- Inform the courier company that will be used, the date and time of the return.
