1.Satellite Technology Solutions shipped your order between 2 to 3 business days from the date of process after payment verification, unless merchandise is in preparation or limited availability as SOME products requiring assembly may have a lead time. In some cases, certain products drop ship directly from the manufacturer.
2.All our products INCLUDE different SHIPPING TIMES (48hrs, 72hrs or more, depending on the type of product and destination). These times are specified at the time of purchase.
3.International shipments are often subject to import inspections, fees and taxes from the destination country. Satellite Technology Solutions is not responsible for any such fees, duties or delays in the delivery of merchandise.
4.It is important that the customer indicates the means of courier by the which you want your merchandise to be sent. In case of not having the contact a courier / freight company, we can suggest and quote the cost with one of the companies that offer this service and currently work with STS.
6.All products are normally shipped via Fedex, UPS or DHL and are delivered within 2-3 days to major destinations. We provide the customer with tracking information for shipment by email.
