This is made possible through its full QWERTY keyboard or by connecting to a smartphone via Bluetooth using the SPOT X app. Users have the flexibility to check in with managers, colleagues, and family, and they can also directly communicate with 24/7 Search and Rescue services in case of emergencies. For managers, the device allows them to track the precise location and monitor the movements of remote employees. Additionally, the SPOT X's distinct mobile number enables managers to initiate messages directly to the device at any given time.
